Regulatory documentation for DLT marketplaces, custodians and settlement systems under MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, the DLT Pilot Regime and CSDR, plus research on TARGET settlement (T2, T2S) for connecting DLT systems to central bank money. I built a DORA tool in Bryter that reviews IT outsourcing contracts and automated the ownership control filings across five jurisdictions.

Coordinated the Insurance Regulatory Atlas, wrote memos on D&O, E&O, W&I and cyber programmes, and did the research behind four articles in VersR and seven in Versicherungsmonitor.
